$$$- atmoshpere is comfortable, establishment is clean, well staffed, the food keeps you coming back at least once a month and it is kid friendly.
$$$$- all of the above, plus the staff is very knowledgable, gracious & friendly.
$$$$$-all of the above. Superb dining experience, consistent excellence from the entry thru departure. Uses local farmers when able, is diversly staffed ( ask to meet the chefs- why not?!)The place you take someone to make a great impression- Even if it is take out!

"Being the kitchen phobe that I am, simple to prepare light fair appels to me.
I've tried this middle east inspired concoction to add a little variety to my the same ol' chicken. Enjoy!"

Yogurt- Mint Marinaded Chicken
    serves 5 (umm, left overs!)
Prep time: 10min (24hr marination)
Cook time: Appox 35 min.
 
5 bone-in chicken breast halves, skinned
1 Teasp coarse salt (sea salt)
1 Tblsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
1Tbls minced fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Teasp Garam Masala *
1/2 Teasp chili powder
 
Rinse chicken under cold water. Place in a large bowl and rub w/ salt and lemon juice. set aside. Blend remaining ingredients; toss well to mix and then coat chicken. Seal bowl with plastic wrap and refridgerate for 24hrs. Preheat oven to 400 F. Plae chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 35min.
*Garam Masala is a fragrant mixture of various spices, including pepper, cinamon, cardamom and cumin.
